2. Description of Service

Traderoid provides a visual, node-based platform for building, backtesting, and analyzing algorithmic trading strategies. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes. Traderoid does not provide financial advice, and nothing on the platform should be construed as a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Subscription and Billing

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by law.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Price changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. TRADEROID DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRADEROID SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF TRADEROID HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in San Francisco, California.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
